  • There are a lot of lotions and creams in pharmacies and stores which promise a clean skin within a few weeks.
  • Not all of them are really good and effective, so do not waste hundreds of Euros for a product which actually is not very helpful.
  • A doctor can give advise and maybe recommend an effective product.

Things you will need:

  • It is very important that you wash your face daily with fresh water and kind soap.
  • Never use soap or lotions which contain much perfume because they are not really compatible to sensitive skin.
  • It is also advisable not to wash your face too often because it dehumidifies your skin and pimples develop.
  • Some girls who like to use cosmetics and make-up are very careless when it comes to face cleaning.
  • They just go to bed without removing the make-up and therefore do extremely harm their skin.
  • A healthy nutrition is also very important to avoid pimples. So better snatch some fruits and vegetables instead of chocolate and coke.
  • Smoker, drinker and people who are very stressed and do not sleep enough tend to get pimples quicker than people who live healthy and take things easier.

Step by step:

  1. Wash your skin daily with kind soap
  2. Make sure you remove make-up before you head to bed
  3. Make sure your skin does not humidify and support it with moisture
  4. Eat healthy and avoid smoking and drinking too much
  5. Try to get enough sleep and avoid stress
