The best way to lose weight is to change all the bad habits. Sport and nutrition are important and only when both is right, you can lose weight. What the body needs the most, is protein. Eggs, milk, milk products and nuts contain a lot of protein. It is very importand to built muscles. The more muscles you have, the less fat you will have, because muscles need energy every time, even when you are asleep. Avoid to eat something which contains fat and carbohydrates, like chocolate for example. This combination is poison for your good shape. What the body needs is a little bit of good oil, like olive oil and wholemeal products. To change your eating habits will be difficult the first days. Do not give up! After two or three days your body does not need all the bad food any more. Choose a day to start your new way of life where you have a lot of things to do you like. That makes it easier not to think of food all the time.To lose weight you have to start to workout in a gym. Do endurance sports like running, cycling as well, but do not forget to workout hard. You need muscles when you want to lose weight very quickly.

  1. Look for some friend who wants to excercise with you.
  2. This will motivate you and help you to keep on.
  3. Do not be upset when you have the feeling that you do not lose any weight.
  4. Keep in mind that muscles are as heavy as fat. You will see the difference after a few month.
